The birth of these beautiful, pink Ranunculus took place in stages. Beneath are 2 other paintings, 2 completely different styles, each a witness to my artistic growth and vibration. I enjoy the nonverbal conversation with each piece I create, sensing if it wants to sit for awhile, or if it is requesting to be … different. It is the energy within each piece that lets me know, when to move forward or just let go. Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes it is a quiet nod to know what is next.
